The project required the installation of five lower headers within an extremely tight five-day timeframe at a Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) unit at a Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Traditional welding methods would have required extensive back purging, adding complexity and time constraints. Additionally, the restricted access between tubes pose challenges that typically require highly skilled mirror welders that are becoming harder to find in our industry.
