• Compressor J-spool tie-in closure welds, where tight nozzle parallelism requirement, as per compressor manufacturer (Baker Hughes), were required.

• With over 3800 piles to cap of various sizes, JFJV needed a unique and innovative solution to mechanize the process of cutting, beveling and welding.

In coordination with JFJV, Liburdi GAPCO provided equipment and support labor to cut and weld over 3800 piles and performed compressor J-spool tie-in closure welds.
